As far as feats go, you start out with Ambidexterity and Two-Weapon Fighting, so dont worry about those. Heal is nice simply because healing kits are cheaper than potions, work very well, and cure poisons and diseases, too - heal helps you improve your healing ability.
As for skills, Animal Empathy is good if you like to posses other Animals to aid you, Disable Trap and Pick Locks is nice if you want a little Rogue-like twist on your character, thus not needing Tomi much and being able to use other Henchman (discussed later). Str to help you prevail in combat, Dex to give you a good AC boost and to help with your archery, and Wis for your Ranger spells. Str, Dex, and Wis are all important here. For stats, your best bet is to hit that 'Recomended' button.
